Order Details

Quantity, colors, size ratio, target price, delivery timeline.

None? Give us an estimated quantity — we'll provide initial proposals.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the style, yarn, and technique. We are flexible with small runs and support low-volume quick response for designer brands and cross-border e-commerce. Please let us know your specific category and quantity, and we will provide the MOQ and quotation accordingly.

Can I request samples before placing a bulk order? How long does sampling take?

Yes. We accept designs, samples, or yarns for development. Samples are made first for your approval before bulk production. The sampling timeline depends on style complexity. Once the bulk sample is approved, formal production begins — minimizing trial-and-error risk.

Do you support both OEM custom manufacturing and ODM original design?

We support both. For OEM, we faithfully reproduce your designs, sample garments, or tech packs. For ODM, our design and pattern team provides original style proposals to help your brand go to market quickly.

How long does bulk production typically take?

Lead time depends on order quantity, technique complexity, and current production schedule. We provide a clear delivery timeline at order placement and keep you updated at key milestones. Production slots can be reserved in advance during peak seasons.

Can you handle complex techniques such as cashmere, jacquard, and crochet/loose-knit?

Yes. Our factory supports cashmere/wool blends, intricate jacquard, intarsia, crochet, dimensional knits, and more — covering men's, women's, and children's wear in full size ranges.

Do you support export and private label (white-label) services?

Yes. We have mature cross-border export experience with standard documentation. We offer custom woven labels, hang tags, and individual packaging, providing private label OEM/ODM services for markets including Europe, North America, Japan, and Korea.

What if I am not familiar with technical terms like gauge, yarn count, or stitch structure?

No problem. We have compiled a Knitwear Techniques & Terminology Knowledge Base that systematically explains stitch structures, yarn counts, gauge, fully-fashioned knitting, shrinkage, and more. You can also send your design drawings or samples directly to us, and our dedicated representative will help clarify your requirements in plain language.
