Linknit Tuosheng Garment factory packing and export preparation area

In the first half of 2026, Linknit (Tuosheng Garment Co., Ltd.) maintained stable operations. Below is a summary of the factory's recent developments.

I. Full Capacity Utilization — Q4 Production Slots Now Open

During H1, the factory ran at full capacity, with the computerized flat knitting machine cluster and finishing support departments operating at maximum output. Major orders came from European and US brand clients and cross-border e-commerce sellers, spanning sweaters, cardigans, knit polos, dresses, and knit co-ord sets.

With the autumn/winter sourcing season approaching, peak capacity runs from late July through October. Brands with AW development plans are advised to confirm styles and lock in production slots early to ensure on-time delivery.

II. Annual QC Process Upgrade Completed

In Q2 2026, the factory completed its annual quality control process review and optimization, with key improvements including:

  • Standardized incoming yarn inspection: Every yarn batch undergoes composition verification and colorfastness sampling before warehousing
  • Increased in-process QC checkpoints: Inspection frequency during bulk production increased to one check per 100 pieces
  • Refined final inspection standards: Multi-source lighting comparison added to minimize shade variation

Following the QC upgrade, the first-pass rate for third-party pre-shipment inspections has remained above 98%.

III. Small-Batch, Fast-Reorder Capability Maintained

Standard MOQ (300 pieces per style) and sampling lead times (6-10 business days) remain stable. For repeat orders from established clients, the cycle from order confirmation to shipment can be shortened to 15-20 days.

Sampling fee policy remains unchanged: fees are refunded upon formal placement. See our knitwear customization process guide for details.

IV. FAQ

When should I place an order to hit the autumn/winter selling season?

Confirm samples in July-August, schedule bulk production in August-September, and ship in October — this is the standard AW development rhythm. Factory production enters peak season from late July, so early confirmation secures capacity.

Can new clients start working with you now?

Yes. For new clients, the timeline from sending style photos to sample confirmation typically takes 2-3 weeks, which fits well into the August-September bulk production window.

Does the factory accept overseas factory audits?

Yes. We support virtual factory tours, on-site visits, and third-party inspections — we coordinate fully throughout the process.
