We are a real knitwear factory — Dongguan Tuosheng Garment Co., Ltd. (brand Linknit / Tuosheng Garment), not a middleman or trading company. You deal directly with the factory, eliminating intermediaries for faster communication and more competitive pricing.

We are located in Dalang Town, Dongguan, Guangdong — "China's Knitwear Capital" — with complete in-house capabilities: yarn sourcing, pattern making, knitting, linking, washing, finishing, and packaging. You are welcome to visit. If travel is not possible, we can arrange a video audit or third-party inspection — we are happy to accommodate either.

Our founder entered the industry in 1996 and established the factory in 2000 — over 20 years dedicated to knitwear. Our facility spans approximately 2,000 m² with a team of around 100 skilled workers. We have our own computerized flat knitting machines. From pattern making, linking, washing to QC inspection, everything is done in-house — every process is visible and controlled.

Yes. We can provide all necessary documentation such as a business license for formal cooperation. Video audits, on-site visits, and third-party inspections are all welcome. We are a genuine factory and we stand behind that.

Leveraging the Dalang supply chain, we can source or develop nearly all knitwear yarns: cotton (combed cotton, mercerized cotton, core-spun, etc.), wool & cashmere (Merino, ultrafine wool, pure cashmere and blends), specialty animal fibers (alpaca, rabbit hair blends), synthetic blends, linen / Tencel, and fancy yarns such as metal thread.

Either works: we can source yarns according to your budget and positioning, or you can supply your own yarn / fabric and send it to us for processing.

We work from 3GG (coarse) up to 14–16GG (fine), with ultra-fine gauges reaching 45+ stitches. Generally, 12GG is used for lightweight styles and 7GG for heavier styles — the final choice depends on the yarn and test swatch.

We can source from certified yarn suppliers (e.g. UPW) to meet compliance requirements. For childrenswear or EU market certification needs, please inform us in advance. We will verify whether we can meet the standard and will not take on orders that fall short.

Anti-pilling yarns or treatments are available (higher wool/cashmere content makes it harder to eliminate entirely). All knitwear has a normal shrinkage rate; anti-shrink treatment can be applied, and cotton-rich styles can generally be controlled to approximately 3% shrinkage.

Yes. Provide Pantone numbers or send a physical swatch. We match at the dyer and confirm via photo or knitted swatch before proceeding to bulk production.

Some color variation is normal in knitwear dyeing. There may be slight differences between dye lots and individual pieces, especially with dark colors, gradients, and multi-color styles. For strict color requirements, we recommend confirming with a knitted swatch first.

You send your materials → we evaluate and quote MOQ, sampling fee, timeline, and estimated price → confirm yarn and pay sampling fee → develop and knit sample → you receive and approve → proceed to order. A dedicated contact follows every step.

The sampling fee is calculated based on style complexity — lower for basic styles, higher for complex techniques. It is refundable once a formal order is placed and the style reaches the 300-piece MOQ.

Generally 6–10 working days. Styles with embroidery, grading, or complex techniques may take slightly longer, and we will do our best to expedite.

Product photos or a sample garment, measurements / size chart, weight, composition, colors (swatch or Pantone numbers), logo files, and label & packaging requirements. The more complete the information, the more accurate the sample.

Typically 18–25 days after sample confirmation and deposit receipt, depending on quantity and complexity. We proactively share progress updates as the delivery date approaches.

Rush orders can be accommodated depending on current capacity. Please let us know about any time constraints as early as possible. The second half of the year is peak season, so earlier scheduling is more reliable.

Capacity is determined based on gauge, yarn, style complexity, and current production scheduling. We support brand bulk orders, small-batch quick response, and long-term repeat orders.

Common yarns carry basic certifications such as 3C. OEKO-TEX, REACH, GOTS, RWS and others can be arranged through compliant yarn suppliers. At the factory level, BSCI / SMETA / ISO are being progressively implemented. We currently support video factory audits, on-site inspections, and third-party inspection.

We can arrange compliant yarn and trim suppliers. Please send us the specific testing requirements and we will evaluate and respond honestly on feasibility. If a compliant option is not available, we will inform you in advance rather than take risks.

Bulk orders typically go by sea (FCL / LCL) or air freight. Urgent orders and samples go via DHL / FedEx. We can also arrange DDP door-to-door delivery.

Send us the delivery address, contact name, and phone number. We typically ship via DHL. International sample shipping costs are generally borne by the client. We can include yarn cards along with the sample for your selection.

Yes. We can provide HS code references for knitwear and sweater products, as well as packing specifications including pieces per carton, gross / net weight, and carton dimensions to facilitate your shipping cost calculation and customs clearance.

1) Discuss requirements (send photos / samples / tech pack with measurements, weight, composition, colors, quantity, label & packaging specs); 2) Initial quotation (MOQ, sampling fee, timeline, estimated price); 3) Confirm yarn, pay sampling fee, develop sample; 4) Sampling takes about 6–10 days with revisions based on your feedback; 5) Confirm order / sign PI, pay deposit; 6) Bulk production with full QC throughout; 7) Packing, documentation, shipping.

Knitwear has peak and off seasons. Generally, May to June is quieter, late July marks the start of the busy season, and fall/winter is the busiest period. If you need to launch for a specific season, we recommend early development, sampling, and scheduling.
